Hateful speech, slogans and symbols are all being targeted in new state laws unveiled by the NSW Minns government.
The raft of measures will be introduced to parliament when it is recalled on Monday.
It comes as authorities in London take action against hateful rhetoric in the wake of the Bondi attack.
