In a clip from Apple TV+’s The Reluctant Traveler, the Prince of Wales revealed that 2024 was the “hardest year [he’s] ever had”, when both his father King Charles and wife Catherine were diagnosed with cancer.
He said, “You know, life is sent to test us as well, and being able to overcome that is what makes us who we are.”
This isn’t the first time Prince William has been candid about his personal life. Speaking in November 2024, he called the past year “dreadful”, adding, “trying to get through everything else and keep everything on track has been really difficult.”
