Russian President Vladamir Putin has rejected a one-on-one meeting with the Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy who sent an open letter to him calling for direct negotiations to end the protracted war.
As the Russian leader welcomed global leaders to his St Petersburg economic forum, he said he did not see any point in having such a meeting.
