U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has urged Russia to provide more information about the death of a 28-year-old laboratory worker at a plague research centre in Siberia. Nearly 200 people were reportedly placed under observation, but Russian authorities say contacts of the woman tested negative for pneumonic plague and have attributed her death to pneumonia of an undetermined cause.
