A security guard has been rescued from the rubble eight days after earthquakes struck Venezuela.
Footage shows search teams from El Salvador and Chile pulling the 44-year-old man from the debris of the shopping centre where he worked in La Guaira.
Rescuers kept him hydrated through tubing while he remained trapped beneath the ruins.
Chile’s fire department says the man is in “good condition” despite the ordeal and being trapped for eight days.
