A teenage boy who was attacked by a shark in far north Queensland last year has made an impressive recovery.
Samuel Nai, from Thursday Island in the Torres Strait, endured what some doctors believe to be the most extensive shark-related injury ever survived by a human.
After months in hospital and multiple surgeries, Samuel is back on Country where his connection to culture is helping him to heal.
