US President Donald Trump has issued a message of support through a phone call to the US FIFA World Cup 2026 team ahead of their first match in the tournament.
The team is set to play against Paraguay at the SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, US.
Trump — who is not planning on attending the match — told the team: “I think you’ve got a really good chance of going all the way”.
