During an interview with ABC’s On The Red Carpet, the 21-year-old joked, “We thought we’d take it a bit more easy on the costume department tonight and just go as few clothes as possible.”
He added, “My whole family [were] in the audience, sorry guys, sorry about that.”
Robert told Entertainment Tonight that while his mum Terri and his sister Bindi were warned that his shirt would be coming off, he didn’t give them any more details.
He said, “My mum and sister… didn’t know I was going that. I said the shirt may come off, but they weren’t expecting… the hips.”
