Speaking on the Smartless podcast, the Aussie actor said, “It was right around the time my boys were born, and it was just, we kind of were set up in LA and not enjoying it, you know? Like nothing was shooting there. We were filming kind of everywhere else… And then… you’d come home [to] paparazzi and all the sort of trappings of, you know, living in that space.”
Hemsworth, along with his wife Elsa Pataky and their three children, then decided to make the move to a “big farm” in Byron Bay, and they have no regrets.
He added, “You know, when you come back from work, you wanna go on a holiday? Coming home for me… feels like a holiday.”
