According to Jim Al-Khalili, the short answer is: yes, at least in principle.
Travelling into the future is already allowed by Einstein’s relativity. Move close enough to the speed of light, or spend time near an extreme gravitational field like a supermassive black hole, and time would pass more slowly for you than for everyone else.
Travelling into the past is where things get much stranger.
